Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping

Cherry Theory is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Pre-sale items are expected to ship within 4–5 weeks.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume.

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking notification for updates to become active before reaching out regarding tracking.

Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will not ship until the address is corrected. Please double-check your address at checkout. If your order has not shipped within the stated timeframe, this is often due to an address issue—please contact us for assistance.

If you experience a delay or issue with your order, please reply directly to your original order confirmation email and include your order number to ensure faster customer support. If you no longer have that email, be sure to include your order number in your inquiry.

Shipping Insurance

If your order is placed with shipping insurance, we will make every effort to replace lost or stolen packages.

In the event that one or more items are unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued for the unavailable items, and any remaining items that can be replaced will be shipped accordingly.
